KeePassX (4.3) - Lenny

Hello folks -

New to Debian, new to backports.org.

I had success (patting-self-on-back) in creating my own backport of
KeePassX (v4.3) from the sid packages.  It required your backport of
debhelper (7.4.11~bpo50+1) -- otherwise, was straightforward.

This is my first time doing such a thing.

Is this something I can upload to backports so other folks can use it?
 I looked around on contribute but wasn't really sure what my next
step was or if there was more I needed to do first.

Would like to help out if I could.  Let me know.
