snapshot.debian.org and backports.org

I didn't see it in the FAQ or docs but perhaps it would be helpful to
mention that when the current backports.org is in a transition period
(such as for Nagios3 at the moment that seems to be concerning to
people) that snapshot.debian.org is keeping archives of the historical
state of various Debian repositories including backports.org.

  http://snapshot.debian.org/

Someone trying to install something and finds that they can't because
it is in a transition betwixt and between package versions should be
able to point to a previous version using snapshot's wayback machine
and install the immediately preceding package version. They can
always upgrade later when it has worked through the buildd network.

It might be worth a mention. WDYT?

Bob
