Ktechlab 0.3.6-4 now in Testing

Hi!

I have noticed that ktechlab 0.3.6-4 is now included in Debian's testing
branch. Could it be added to Backports? That new release includes major
bug fixes. Lenny's ktechlab crashes when you try to add a component to a
circuit, but Squeeze's ktechlab works well.
