About installing util-vserver_0.30.216~r2750-3ubuntu1_amd64

Hi folks,

Vserver
Debian Etch - Host

I installed the Host running "debian-40r4a-amd64-netinst" installer.

$ uname -r
2.6.18-6-vserver-amd64

The version of running util-vserver is "0.30.214-5~bpo40+2" ;

$ aptitude show util-vserver

I need util-vserver of version >=0.3.215.  But I can't find it on
backport.org for amd64.

I found following packages on;

http://mirror.linux.org.mt/dists/ubuntu/pool/universe/u/util-vserver/
util-vserver_0.30.216~r2750-3ubuntu1_amd64

http://ftp.linux-vserver.org/pub/utils/util-vserver/
util-vserver-0.30.215.tar.bz2

Now I have util-vserver_0.30.216~r2750-3ubuntu1_amd64 download on
Internet.  Can I run;

# aptitude -t etch-backports install
util-vserver_0.30.216~r2750-3ubuntu1_amd64

to install the package?

If YES. Then after stopping all running guests do not I need to remove
the old package "util-vserver-0.30.214-5~bpo40+2" first?

Please advise.  TIA
