Broken sun-java6-jre package
kroton:/home/norrs# apt-get install sun-java6-jdk

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sun-java6-jdk: Depends: sun-java6-jre (= 6-00-2~bpo.1) but it is not
going to be installed
E: Broken packages
That's what it outputs if I try to install java6-jdk from backports.
I thought I could give java6-jre a try too:
The following packages are BROKEN:
sun-java6-jre
0 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 6344kB of archives. After unpacking 14.5MB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sun-java6-jre: Depends: sun-java6-bin (= 6-06-1~bpo40+1) but it is
not installable or
ia32-sun-java6-bin (= 6-06-1~bpo40+1) but it
is not installable

Unable to resolve dependencies! Giving up...
As you see, it seems that something is fishy..
Anyone know when this could be fixed? :-)
kroton:/home/norrs# uname -a
