pyspf 2.0.4-2 backport

I've had several people ask me for packages for pypolicyd-spf 
(postfix-policyd-spf-python) for Etch.  I'm Debian maintainer for both these 
packages.  The pyspf package is in Etch, but not in sufficient version.  I've 
prepared a candidate backport for pyspf for Etch.  The package can be found

I'd appreciate this being sponsored.  My intent after this is uploaded and the 
current pypolicyd-spf migrates to testing is to prepare a backport for that
