wrong version for mongrel backport

The current version of mongrel in backports.org is more recent than the
one currently in sid:
sid: 1.1.3-1
bpo: 1.1.3-2~bpo40+1
Maybe the version from backports.org should be dropped from the archive
and replaced by a properly versioned one?
