Request MPFR 2.3.0

Hi,
  Since GCC 4.3.0 is about to be released in less than 2 weeks away,
it would make sense to backport mpfr 2.3.0.  I am using debian-etch
right now and really would not compile mpfr by hand to get a build of
GCC 4.3.0 going.
