Rejected: firebird2.0_2.0.3.12981.ds1-4~bpo40+1.dsc refers to
firebird2.0_2.0.3.12981.ds1.orig.tar.gz, but I can't find it in the queue or
in the pool.

You want to build with -sa to include the orig.tar.gz
