linux-image-2.6.22 issue

Hi,

I just installed linux-image-2.6.22 from etch-backports,
and have an issue.  2.6.18 works fine, but 2.6.22 seems to 
have a sata_sil/libata issue.  

My question is, where should I go to post details/bug?
