Spamassassin somewhat out of date

I'm (honestly) wondering if there's anything specific that's keeping
Spamassassin 3.1.7 from leaving
http://people.backports.org/~tretkowski/upload/spamassassin/ and heading
for the main backports pool. Norbert?
