qt3 and qt4 backports that can co-exist

Hello people.

I've build backports for qt3 and qt4 packages, that can completely co-exist 
in the same system.

Also, compared to the current qt4 backport, my qt4 packages have 
libqt4c102* names to indicate that gcc-3.3 ABI is used.

The packages are currently available at
http://zigzag.lvk.cs.msu.su/~nikita/debian/local-backports/

I would like to upload these to backports.org, but first I'm asking 
interested people to test.
(before upload, I will rebuild and set version string to XXX~bpo.1 instead 
of current XXX~bp~local.1)
