Automatically include the last 2 changelog entries in the .changes file

Hi,

I noticed that Norbert includes the last 2 changelog entries in his
backports' .changes files. This is nice, because you know what
improvements you can get just by reading the mail notification.

Is there a way to automatically do that? Or do you need to manually
specify the reference version? (debuild -v27+28pre16-1 ...)?
