Listing an old Canadian mirror

Hello,
I would like to get my backports mirror listed. I am asking for it
every few months since 2004. Norbert sometime answered, but the fact
is that we are still not officially listed.
I also remarked at least twice that the signature for the public
key used to push the mirrors fail while checked.

Apparently, there is actually no official mirror in North America,
so I really dont understand why I get so much neglected.
With such a poor service, I would normally have removed my mirror
(and did it with some projects too slow to answer my requests), but
people keep asking me to provide a backports.org mirror, not
realizing I already offer one.
We manage the most important mirror in all Eastern Canada, so there
is really no reasons not to list us.

Location: Montréal, Québec
Bandwidth: 1000mbps inside Canada.
I will bother to provide all the needed information in the
required format if I got the assurance that our mirror will be
listed this week. Also note that I would like to be pushed
(I think I asked for it about 8 times).
