Asterisk version 1:1.2.10.dfsg-1bpo1

The version of asterisk available from backports.org appears to be 
missing a rather critical installation/configuration file 
"asterisk_fix".  The file is referenced in the asterisk-config.postinst 
maintainer script, but it is not provided in the package.  Without this 
script the asterisk user is not created for new installations and 
permissions on various directories/files are not set correctly.

From the debian/changelog in unstable:
