Removal of postgresql-8.0

I'm going to remove postgresql-8.0 from the backports.org archive.

It's no longer supported in Debian testing, and the last version is
vulnerable to CVE-2006-231{3,4}.

Please upgrade to the postgresql-8.1 packages.
