How to request a Backport ???

Hi,

I'm quite new on this mailing list. But I'm using backports for a long 
time as they are really great !!! :-)

Is it possible to make a request for a backport ???

If it is possible, i'll need:
- ipsec-tools
- racoon

As the version in Etch includes the "cfg_mode" which the Sarge version 
doesn't include !! :-(
