 Actually, this is a backport to oldstable, not stable. And for that you used the version from testing, not stable.

Either upload to lenny-backports-sloppy if you want policyd-weight 0.1.15.1-3, or use 0.1.15.1-2 if you really wanted to target lenny-backports, otherwise I think you might have wanted to use ~bpo60 in the version and squeeze-backports as upload target instead? :)
