 There are several issues with this upload (only a quick check):

 -) you upload to squeeze-backports with a ~bpo50 version. squeeze ist 6.0,
    lenny was 5.0 - so it would have to be ~bpo60 instead.
 -) you upload a version that just yesterday was uploaded to unstable and
    hasn't transitioned yet.
 -) the package isn't in testing, at all.

 Please read http://backports.debian.org/Contribute/ again and upload a correct
package at the proper time.
