- drop python-central.
- change python, python-all-dev and python-docutils for python2.4,
python2.4-dev and python2.4-docutils.

- change python-celementtree for python2.4-celementtree.
- drop ${python:Depends}, which was generating a bogus dependency
on "python": hardcode "python2.4" instead.

+ rules:
- set DEB_PYTHON_COMPILE_VERSION to 2.4, use /usr/bin/python2.4
as the --executable for setup.py.
- remove *.pyc files on clean.
- do not pass -n1 to xargs, as this xargs seems to choke on it when
combined with -i.

- build_with_python2.4.diff: build docs with python2.4 and not python.

- cope_with_old_docutils.diff: cope with different method arguments
signature in html4css1.HTMLTranslator.starttag() [infix vs empty], and
remove indentation from lists in all RST documents, which this
docutils does not like.

- python2.4_shebang.diff: nitpicking, fix shebang in weave.py.
(Introduced in the hope that it would fix ${python:Depends} above.
