supernovas-1.7.1 upload request

Hi Thorsten & debian-astro,


I have now fixed the botched supernovas release upstream, and so the 
version is bumped to 1.7.1. Apart from the change in the upstream source 
and version, no further changes were made to the debian package since 
1.7.0 yesterday. The CI remains clean, and the package is at:

  https://salsa.debian.org/debian-astro-team/supernovas

Please check and upload to Debian.
