supernovas-1.5.0 upload request

Hi Thorsten and debian-astro,



The supernovas astrometry library just had another feature 
release(v1.5.0), and the corresponsding Debian package update is on salsa:

 https://salsa.debian.org/debian-astro-team/supernovas

Provided it passes muster, please upload to Debian. Otherwise let me 
know what changes may be needed.
