Actually, I'm perfectly fine if the solsys subpackages simply disappear. 
It's actually perfect. :-)

So, there is no need for a new upload. The next one will be 1.5.0 around 
November 1, without the legacy solsys1 / solsys2 sub-packages. (The 
release might slip if the U.S. government is still shut down then, since 
it means I cannot push to the Smithsonian repos until the government 
re-opens...)
