supernovas-1.4.2-3 update

Some more fixes to the packaging of supernovas (1.4.2-3) are now on salsa:

The changes are:

 - Fixes Bug #1112635: cross-compile CALCEPH detection (by Helmut Grohne)
 - Adds 'Multi-Arch: foreign' to cio-data and doc subpackages (in 
response to the Multiarch hinter on the package tracker).

Please upload the update to Debian.
