[Resolved] supernovas package dependency

Hi debian-astro,

I found in the salsa-ci docs how to reference another salsa repo, so the 
problem is solved. I has to update the calceph CI to enable aptly, and 
then modify the supernovas CI to use the artifact from there. It was 
fairly straighforward after finding the relevant docs. My compliments on 
the documentation of the Salsa CI.
