Seeking sponsor for calceph package

The calceph package is seeking a sponsor and some help. (ITP #1087333)

The Salsa CI is mostly clean, except for the arm64 cross-build, which 
fails because of the gfortran build dependence.

I hope you can help find a fix for the issue.
