New debian-astro pre-release

Hi all,

I just uploaded a new pre-release 0.2 of the "debian-astro" tasks
metapackage. Main reason is that it has a new task "astro-java" which I
want to pass through the NEW queue while the queue is short :-)

So, we have now the following tasks:

catalogs
datareduction
education
frameworks
publication
simulation
telescopecontrol
tools
viewers
gdl
java
python
python3
tcltk
development

There are also many new and prospective packages. Please check this out
and report any problems.

If you have any suggestions about packages to be included, or about the
division into tasks, please discuss it here, or just change it in the
git: debian-astro is a collaboratively maintained package.
