Usually, the maintainer gets a notification. Since the maintainer here
is the Debian Astro Team, the notofication went to the
debian-astro-maintainers mailing list.
For packages where you are the uploader, it is useful to subscribe
yourself: On the tracker page <https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/siril>,
register yourself and then subscribe (upper right corner).

Almost. You should, however, add an extra line for this change.
Also, you should put yourself into debian/changelog, not the Team.
And, if you think that the package is ready, change the UNRELEASED entry
to "unstable" yourself.
To speed up, I will just change this in the git.

No idea here -- looks good for me as well. Let's just ignore them.
The watch file is not there yet -- as I wrote, this is however not
preventing from upload. You could however add it if you just forgot to
push this change.
OK, I just uploaded the package (with the mentioned changes). Should
arrive in the distribution during the day...
