Thanks Lennart S. I also tried your (debian) arm64-net-install image from
this mornings download, does not cause any green led activity that I've
been able to *catch* when a card with it is inserted and power applied.
* my pi is mounted upside down because of cabling to interface boards,
and I can't reach the pwr switch on its ups and see it at the exact same
time, so there's perhaps 1.5 seconds before I can get around the cabinet
door to see it. I do know it worked for 10.0 in early Oct of 2019, now
the 10.2 version does not.
