Yes. ntopng-data is missing a 
Multi-Arch=foreign
line in it's control file. Add one and rebuild it and you should be in business.

The point here is that ntopng-data:arm64 should satisfy the
ntopng:armhf packages dependency on 'ntopng-data' (because it's arch
all and it's just data) but it's forgotten to say so.
We are in the middle of the long process of adding this metadata to all packages.
please file a bug about it with the trivial patch.

I thought there was a reminder to packagers about this recently added
to the pts page, but I don't see it.
