Same amount of time maybe but less actual usage.
On the other hand while arm64 scraped into the jessie release it only barely did so. At the time of the jessie release the *only* arm64 hardware available to us was internal arm devboards and a bit of server hardware. So afaict arm64 jessie never really got any end-user testing.
