Hi Graham, julia 0.4.5-3 FTBFS on armel due to an outdated llvm-3.8 package: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=julia&arch=armel&ver=0.4.5-3&stamp=1461030510 I think it would be a good idea to retain the version constraint llvm-3.8-dev (>= 1:3.8~+rc1) that was dropped in commit 17796f1.
