The proposal sounds very similar to the live images and the cloud
images and previous proposals of OEM images and mobile phone images.
Both of cloud/live images are hacky in that they have to modify the
filesystem generated by deboostrap to remove things like OpenSSH
private keys. It would probably be a good idea to share those hacks
between live, cloud and other image types.
