Thank you for the instruction. As my Mustang machine is currently powered by Fedora 21, I expanded the contents to under the /boot/EFI/ directory. Running the bootnetaa64.efi script from the UEFI shell lead me to the GRUB prompt, however installation did not happen.
If you have efi system partition mounted as /boot/efi and extracted netboot.tar.gz there then /boot/efi/debian-installer/arm64/bootnetaa64.efi should work when launcher from uefi shell.
I am quite busy today and can not reboot mustang to confirm ;(
I am accessing the machine remotely and suppose there's no USB stick with the machine.
