Even simpler one (but not tested):
Take USB pendrive (64MB or bigger).
Grab mini.iso [1].
dd mini.iso to pendrive
Put pendrive into Mustang USB port
Boot into UEFI Shell
Check list of filesystems for USB entry (assume FS0)
Run FS0:\daily-installer\amd64\bootnetaa64.efi (tab completion helps)
Install Debian
[1] http://d-i.debian.org/daily-images/arm64/daily/netboot/mini.iso
I used that way to install Fedora on Mustang.
