No problem.
I tried U-Boot 2012.04.01, I tried the latest from debian repo 2014xxxxx, I tried 2011.12.3 (as linked on http://www.cyrius.com/debian/kirkwood/sheevaplug/uboot-upgrade/) and I cant remember the exat version of the original one that I tried but it was 2013xxxxx.Doesn't work here on any recent u-boot with any version of debian with _any_ of my three dreamplugs. All I end up with is "Starting kernel ..."Which u-boot versions and with which specific kernel versions have you tried? The factory supplied u-boot has a bug and doesn't work with most modern kernels.
Ok, well I've run out of ideas. There are other options for doing an install but I do hate a mystery, especially as this used to work.I don't even get to see Uncompressing ... blah blah blah :) Maybe the installer thinks it knows better about where the console is?No, the uncompressing stuff is from lower level printing even than the console.
