First question is always:  Is it supported by the official Linus kernel
tree.  If it isn't, then it isn't supported by Debian.

Of course as long as you can get a working kernel and boot loader for
it, you can still create a debootstrap filesystem for armel or armhf
and run it with the kernel you have.  I do that on a few arm systems
I have.
