No and maybe, in that order. Our main src:mono packager, Mirco Bauer, has expressed an interest in packaging 2.12 (or one of the 2.11 alpha/beta releases) for experimental at some point in the not too distant future, and I have every intention of pulling my armhf branch into that. But the timing of those packages - and of the Wheezy release - are out of my hands
