They still seem reasonably available:

newark have them in stock:
(450 dollars for the right crimp tool though, so you probably want to
bodge that bit :-)
I'd imagine there's be loads of those old CD drive cables kicking
about too which would avoid the crimping and be practically free. I
know I've got several. Try freecycle?
