This is, how chinese clon expensive cell-phones or Netbooks using
inexpensive parts...
OK it is a LG/Philiks and manufactures can choose between a High-Quality
Version and an inexpensive for "standard consumers" but mostly, this
trick is used by chinese manufactures.
I am not able to manufacturer a TablePC for under 500 Euro or a PanelPC
for less then 700 Euro because I use only High-Qualit products and they
are working flawless (requirement) with Debian GNU/Linux.
And if it works for Debian, it works for other Distributions too
