Download debian/pool/main/l/linux-2.6/linux-image-2.6.22-3-iop32x_2.6.22-6_arm.deb
from your local Debian mirror and "dpkg -i" it?
If you have libc6-dev installed you might want to update to
linux-libc-dev_2.6.22-6_arm.deb too.
