Thanks for testing. I just tried again with 8-bit and it doesn't work
for me. My log looks the same as yours but I get a garbled screen and
after a few seconds the box freezes. Can you send me your .config
file (and maybe the Linux binary) in private mail? And can you please
try the linux-image-2.6.15-1-footbridge kernel from the archive.
