mcrypt is not build by arm autobuilders, but it will succeed

Dear ARM Porters,

I ask you to give a rebuild to the mcrypt version 2.6.4-2, because now
(second time) it will succeed, since libmcrypt 2.5.7-3 is ready now (a
build depend of mcrypt).

For 20 days this is the only thing, what keeps mcrypt out of testing.
