Rebuild of heartbeat package on arm

Hi appologies if this is the wrong place for this.

The heartbeat package, which I am the maintainer of, is unable to
move into testing because it has not been built for arm. The originl
build failed because of a problem with the ssh package, which I
believe has now been resolved.
