Plz requeue vegastrike in autobuilder

When one of the autobuilder admins gets a chance, could you please
reschedule "vegastrike" to be built again on arm.  The last build[0]
failed since it appears the buildd process hung and was killed by the
timeout[1].  It built fine before and the only change in this version is
to be built against the new libvorbis.
