libpgsql2

Anybody know what's going on with this package?  It's not in the Packages file 
for sid, yet it exists in the pool:

pb@auric:/org/ftp.debian.org/ftp/pool/main/p/postgresql$ ls libpgsql2*_arm.deb
libpgsql2_6.5.3-26_arm.deb
pb@auric:/org/ftp.debian.org/ftp/pool/main/p/postgresql$ 

There is an older version in woody and potato.
