Also, sig11 may due to the machine is getting hot. (Maybe the fan is
not running)?

Try:
   # cat /proc/therm

The supplied 2.2.15-netwinder kernel image did not correctly turn on
the fan, at least on mine.  Use 2.2.17 instead.
