patch for shark

Hello,

2.3.18 is now running on the shark. I put the patch up on my web-page at
http://www.uni-karlsruhe.de/~Alexander.Schulz/english/shark/

So if anyone has the time to take a look at it...

What would be the next steps to get this into public somehow?
Get cvs access at netwinder.org? How?
