kernel-patch-2.2.2

Now uploaded (along with kernel-image-2.2.2, kernel-headers-2.2.2).
It will as usual take a few days before they get installed, since they 
require manual intervention.

I decided not to wait for kernel-source-2.2.2, because the new kernel
image includes Phil Blundell's fix for the Netwinder FPU emulator that
would sometimes cause a crash.  (I had crashes sometimes with lots of
NFS traffic on the 'eth1' interface).

Instead, the patch is against raw kernel sources v2.2.2.  Get them
from 'ftp.kernel.org', for instance.
