Interesting.  The current i386 header files are incorrect, then,
right?

In any case, that affects one or two programs in util-linux... the
rest of them (minus the disk ones, which I am not about to fool with!)
are quite usable.

So... to correct this, I should drop this definition into the source
of ipcrm (iirc..), and maybe forward the changes upstream?

I can probably do that next week...  Hopefully, I'll also get strace
working sooner or later...
